Why might you choose NOT to stay

If you really want a hotel - 24 hour check-in; restaurant, foyer, shop, shoe-shine flunky...
If you prefer not to share the breakfast table with others - we have just the one (nice, Georgian) table
If you are concerned about staying in a B&B that welcomes pets - and has several of its own
If you want to be in the centre of town, in a bright, buzzing environment
If you are not very mobile, and relying on public transport; the taxis are good (after 9:30am), but the bus service infrequent and it's half a mile to the bus stop
If you cannot manage a flight of stairs; all our rooms are on the first floor
If you want your B&B to offer evening meals - although we do have a dining room service where you can bring in a take away and eat it in comfort
If you want breakfast WILDLY early - we're not that good at getting up at (or before) dawn!. If you really need early breakfast (i.e. before 7:30) call us and we'll see what we can do
If you want a place with a bar; we are unlicensed
